The Sinister Book Shelf
So we have this Bookcase that use to be a TV cabinet so it has a hole cut out of the back On many occassions the books wiggle their way out the back and the only way to get to them is if you go in after them and pray you make it out alive. Below is a picture of Hunters most recent adventure into the bookcase He survivived!!!!!
Emma's Baptism
I should have posted this Blog first... In July our beautiful Emma was baptized All dressed in white I couldn't believe she is already 8 it seems like she was just barely a tiny Baby dressed in white for her blessing day... I am also sure time is going to fly as she gets older, We are so blessed to be her parents and especially to watch her grow in her love for the gospel and her Heavenly Father.
Its a miracle I am updating the Blog!!!!!
I have decided it is to exhausting to catch up so we will start with the present. 5 of our 6 amazing children are now in school McKenna started High School, Hunter 7th grade, Rylee 6th grade Emma 3rd grade, and Lilly afternoon Kindergarten, Oh Yea Mia goes to preschool one day a week so I guess all 6 have technically started some sort of school.... Wow That makes me sad all the babies are growing up. Mckenna has been on the high school swim team,Hunter Rylee and Lilly have been scrambling on the Soccer field. Hunter's team however has only Sunday games We are very proud of him and his decision to not play in the games but every week he faithfully goes to practice and gives it his all.Mia has learned to sing the ABC's Or scream them at the top of her lungs even so it is a beautiful sound since a year ago we were hoping she would learn to say mommy and daddy( Thank you speech therapy)! Eldon is still the 11 year old scout leader he loves it and does a great job at it. I have had Quite the year of callings, I started out the year still as a Relief Society teacher, than also got a girls camp assignment to be the 3rd year leader a couple months later i was asked to be the asst stake girls cam leader. I didn't want to give up 3rd years because McKenna was in my group so the awesome stake YW Presidency and stake camp director let me take on both callings... What got crazy was in June I was released from Relief society and called to be the 2nd counselor in our YW presidency....I know this sounds crazy but all three callings / assignments involved with YW was busy but I loved every minute of except (the broken thumb joint) on August 8th I fell at a wedding reception and Broke a piece of my thumb joint but I didn't want to miss girls camp so on Monday Off I went thank goodness for friends because they thought they were getting a camp assistant and instead they got one that needed asst getting dressed. Thank goodness for willing friends Finally the cast came off about 10 days ago.... Advice NEVER BREAK Your thumb they are way more useful than one might think. Oh so this is how old the kids are getting on Friday we went with McKenna and her friends to the high school homecoming football game It was at the same stadium I attended High school football games that was a crazy flashback.
*** Okay the Blog apparently does not think I am as special as my sister -n -Law Fiona and will only allow me to upload 5 photos so I guess the next Blog will have to be More pics. :)

Spring Break at the beach
I was so excited to take the kids to the local beach on spring break so we could fly kites. Believe it or not there was no wind. Like a cruel joke the next day we had alot of wind 30-40mph.
we had fun anyway playing with crabs and building a driftwood fort which Heidi and I realized next time it needs to be taller so we will fit I guess we aren't 10 anymore.
