Lilly seems to always be surprising us from princess

attire to disco attire and today wearing a carseat as pants....

a couple weeks ago we were driving home from aunt heidi's

and there was a sudden HELP! from the back seat,

when asked what was wrong? She answered "I did the Hokey Pokey and I turned myself around",

" Now I am stuck!" She must have learned her lesson because

now when we get in the car she announces" i am not gonna do the hokey pokey!!!!"

The White House!!!!

McKenna Had to build a timeline about the revouloutionary war.... she could present it in anyway she wanted. After getting the assignment she came home so excited she wanted to build a house with 40 windows each window holding a part of a timeline... sounds great and very creative thought mom and dad and maybe even do able!!!!!!! Than about a week later she proudly announced that she thought it should be the White house. I have to say I kept a positive attitude but wasn't quite sure how we would pull it off. So miracles do happen after weeks of her dedicated research and some help from Dad & mom and alot of white foam board The white House was built!!!!

Sledding accident.

So Hunter and Rylee were sledding ,and Rylee thought it would be fun to ride double but he missed Hunter's back and rode his face down the hill instead OUCH!!! can you say ICEBURN....

So a week and 1/2 ago it started to get real cold here when I say cold I mean cold.. Than we got a little bit of snow.. it melted somewhat and than created a layer of ice on every road, that led to 2 hr school delays and than more snow and eventually an early christmas break. As much as I love having the kids home it caused alot of complications in christmas shopping and when you can't get out of the driveway because its 16 degrees and the car is iced in that also delays x-mas shopping.




Now you must take a close look at the picture of our car the snow On it has fallen in less than 24 hrs, in fact last night we took the kids snowmobiling in our street... I am thinking I am going to need to take one to the mall. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Thank goodness for Santa or all that would be under our tree this year would be snowballs... However we are also enjoying the snow, by building snowforts simply as an excuse to attack daddy with snow... And we have discovered that Mias snow clothes are to big and she can barely move but as long as she is allowed to eat snow she is happy.

The wall in the above picture was the original outside wall of the house we are happy to say it no longer exists... The kids made it home from school just in time to knock it down, even Mia helped.

Halloween was alot of fun the rain held off for a couple hours so the kids were able to trick or treat. Of course now the each have 7lbs of candy ( I am not exaggerating at all) The dental bill is going to be huge.
